4. Goods

IusMenta may supply printed manuals or branded items. Delivery terms apply as described at the point of order.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund or reschedule their service appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Refunds are processed to the original method within 14 days. Rescheduling is possible once at no extra charge, subject to availability. No refund or rescheduling is available for services completed in full or canceled less than 48 hours prior, as preparation and resource allocation have been made by IusMenta.

5.2 Info Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, info products are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials downloaded. If materials are defective or inaccessible, IusMenta will provide corrected files or grant access at no extra charge.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact our team via contact form. Upon inspection, a refund to the original method will be issued within 14 days of receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

IusMenta’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service, product, or good. IusMenta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
